Hotel Premium Porto Downtown

This place is in a great location, close to many tourist attractions. It was easy to get to the river using the Funicular and explore the historic center. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and welcoming, and the terrace had a great view.

I couldn't open the windows for safety reasons and had to rely solely on air conditioning for ventilation. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood had a great mix of locals and tourists, which added to the charm. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff was helpful and efficient, providing fast and friendly service. The hotel restaurant and rooftop terrace were also fantastic features. I highly recommend Premium Porto Downtown for a great stay in Porto.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, greeting us with a glass of port upon our arrival. The hotel was clean and modern, as it is relatively new. The breakfast was delicious, offering fresh orange juice and coffee of our choice. The views from the dining room and roof terrace were amazing, providing a wonderful backdrop. The staff were helpful, providing great dinner suggestions. The location was great too, close to the central shopping area and within easy reach of major sights, such as the Cathedral and the river.

It was all superb.

The rainforest showerhead was amazing, perfect for rinsing off a long day of walking. The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooftop view was great and the breakfast had a nice selection of food. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and local transport.

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.

This hotel is conveniently located in the historic district, close to funicular and many activities. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom is modern and features a beautiful shower. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast offers a variety of hot dishes, including scrambled eggs. There is also a nice roof terrace with wonderful city views.

The hotel restaurant may be expensive and the service could be inconsistent.

Good sized room with all amenities, comfy bed, robes/slippers, great shower, very quiet. Helpful and professional front desk staff who truly care about guests. Excellent, friendly, and happy staff. Brilliant food and service in the restaurant. Pleasure to sit on rooftop terrace with great service. Convenient location and decent sized room with good facilities. Modern, clean, and cool with fantastic rooftop terrace. Close to all main sights but not in busy, noisy center. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful with late checkout.
